• A refundable $500 security deposit is required before check-in.

• Pool heating is available for an additional fee and functions only when outside temperatures remain above 65°F (18°C).

• Reservations during the July 4th holiday require an additional refundable $500 security deposit. Fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A $1000 smoking fee will be charged, along with any costs associated with damaged furnishings or lost income resulting from smoke odors affecting future reservations.
