Insects are naturally attracted to light and may enter through open doors or windows, especially when seeking shelter from rain. In Arizona, it is not uncommon to encounter insects during the summer months or after heavy rainfall.

Please avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The minimum age to book this home is 25.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees. Before Using the Air Units
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. 

Before Using the Hot Tub & Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.

Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

- **Pool heating**:

The pool is open year-round for heating at no additional cost. Note that it can only be heated to about 20-25F above the ambient temperature at any time.

- **No smoking**:

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

- **Dogs allowed**:

This is a dog-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your pets on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
