This week

We have stayed at The Borders numerous times and have always enjoyed our visit. The staff is exceptionally accommodating, especially Brian at the Front Desk. The General Manager, Kamila checked with us to make sure everything was as expected. The only negative comments are that the unit we stayed in this year needs some upgrades, specifically: 1)a refrigerator with some form of cold water dispenser, ideally on the exterior of the door, 2) a coffee pot that keeps coffee warm after brewing, and 3)19” height residential toilet stools. We do recognize that these units are individually owned, but these improvements would make the unit more enjoyable. Lastly, since the unit did not have any folding chairs that could be taken to a concert, we bought a couple and "donated" them for common use by residents or guests, and suggested that people be made aware of this with possible signage at the front desk. Also, using the same approach, we bought a NutriBullet for smoothies. It was "donated" and available for anyone to use. We will be back next year to use both.
