Cancellation Policy
Please note that this home has a unique seasonal policy: for stays during peak season (Dec 20–Jan 3 and Easter week), cancellations must be made at least 30 days before check-in to receive a refund.
Outside those dates, you may cancel at least 15 days before check-in for a refund, or 24 hours after placing your booking.
Heating Charge
While the home remains at a comfortable ambient temperature for most of the year, guests may opt to avail of indoor heating. If heating inside the house is used, guests must return the gas tank to the same level as upon arrival. The fire pit is available as well at an additional charge of $150 MXN/day, payable to onsite staff.

Before Using the Shared Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the community pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The pool at this location receive regular maintenance to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).
