Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

This is a pet-friendly home, with a weight limit of 40 lbs per dog. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your pets on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control from the Nice app, available on a tablet in the home. Our Wander Concierge will support over text but if you are not comfortable using tech - it may not be an enjoyable experience.
- **House and community rules**:Please drive slowly and cautiously at all times while in the neighborhood. The posted speed limit is 15 mph and must be strictly observed. This is a residential area with children, pets, and neighbors walking, and maintaining low speeds is essential for everyone’s safety and comfort. Thank you for being respectful of our community.
- **Privacy**:A spa technician will enter the exterior of the property to service the hot tub every Tuesday. Rest assured, they will not intrude on guest privacy or belongings during service visits.
- **Amenity notice**:Before Using the Air Units
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Hot Tub & Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Toilet
Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).
Notice on Tap Water
The tap water from the kitchen sink has a purifying system and is drinkable.
Please note that the natural high iron content in the area can sometimes give the water at this property a yellow tint. This is normal for the region and safe to use, though the filtration system may not always remove all discoloration.
Sliding Door
The handle on the living room sliding glass door is currently damaged and awaiting replacement parts. While it has not yet been repaired, the door can still be fully secured, and the lock is working properly. The handle is used only for pulling the door closed, and all functionality remains intact. The issue is cosmetic and does not affect the use or security of the door.
