- **Noise**:Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
- **Pool heating**:The pool is available for heating year-round for a $400 setup fee, plus $200 per day for each day of your booking. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
- **Pets allowed**:Pets are allowed at this home with prior approval. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your pets on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

This property receives regular pool maintenance on Wednesdays and landscaping service on Mondays. Maintenance crew may briefly enter the property to complete their work, and they will not disturb your stay. Please note that the pool and outdoor areas may be unavailable for use while servicing is in progress.

Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive regular maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. Please do not set the A/C below 70°F.

The residence is fully stocked with linens. If additional linens are needed, please reach out to Concierge for assistance. Guests are responsible for any damaged linens incurred during their stay.
Before Moving Furniture
All furniture should be left in the same condition before your arrival. We ask that you do not remove any furniture from the home and that you do not rearrange any furniture without pre-approval.

Keep the flame at a moderate, controlled level. Excessive heat can damage nearby walls, mounted TVs, glass panels, and surrounding fixtures.

Filming, production activities, and events (including weddings, parties, or gatherings of any kind) require prior approval before booking. Approval is subject to review and is not guaranteed. Any additional fees related to filming or events are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Long Stays
For reservations of 28 days or longer, guests are responsible for monthly utility costs, including gas, water, power, and other applicable services. A separate utility deposit will also be required.

All outside vendors must be approved by the property management or owner prior to entry. Proof of insurance (COI) is required for any approved vendors.
