If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Before Using the Community Pool</strong><br><u>Important notice for guests:</u> Rinsing off before you go to the shared pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.<br><br><u>Maintenance:</u> The community pool receives weekly maintenance to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, brushing &amp; filter cleaning as required.<br><br><strong>Before Using the Toilet</strong><br>Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).</p>

Please remember to cut your lights on in fog.<br><br>We do have pedestrian usage of the roads, and we have abundant wildlife that can be unpredictable in their road usage.<br><br><strong>Fire Safety</strong><br>Do not, under any circumstance, leave wood-burning fire pits unattended. If you light a fire, fully extinguish it before you depart. Sand barrels and fire rakes are provided to help safely extinguish any fire and are located at all outdoor fire areas. Never put ashes in a trash can.<br><br><u>Note:</u> At Watson Gap Pavilion, cold ashes should only be disposed of in the provided metal ash bucket.</p>
- **Local laws**: <p><strong>No ATVs</strong><br>Please note that ATVs and side-by-sides are not permitted at this property under any circumstances.
