This home is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and part of that beauty comes with wildlife of all kinds and sizes. Bugs, spiders, and animal wildlife are all likely visitors around the mountains. We have an active pest control team that treats the home area regularly. To help minimize their presence indoors. avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees. For larger gatherings, approval processes and event charges apply.
