Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Infants under 2 years are not counted. Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit — regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Maintenance: The hot tub at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. Please note that the thermostats in this home provide heating only. Air conditioning is not available.
Before Using the Toilet
Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).
Ski In / Ski Out Access
Ski-out access to Peak 9 is available via an intermediate trail through the woods, conditions permitting. Ski-in access is available from Peak 10 via black trails, or from Peak 9 with a short walk back to the home.
A complimentary winter shuttle operates daily from 7:30 AM to 11 PM, with pickup located across the street and service to the Marriott at the base of Peak 9.
If you are planning a stay with us during snowy or rainy weather (October–May), we strongly recommend arriving in an all-wheel drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be steep and slippery during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.
Please note that four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
