IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.

It is important to only use the remote to operate the shades, as pulling on them can cause them to break; please contact Concierge for any issues.
Using the Waterfront Amenities
If requested at least 48 hours before your trip, we can set out life vests, paddleboards, and paddles for your arrival.
Using the Laundry Machines
The washer and dryer at this home are not for regular, heavy-load use due to their tricky operation limitations. You may only do 1 medium load per day, maximum. If you have any questions, reach out to Concierge.
This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.
- **Noise**:Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
