Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
- **Accessibility**:This home contains features that may be difficult for children, pets, and elderly - including climbing a set of stairs to enter the property and access additional levels.
- **House and community rules**:Every reservation comes with a 24-hour grace period, during which you can cancel for a full refund with no penalty. After the first 24 hours, the reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
An onsite Concierge will be available to grant you access to the home and walk you through the offerings that come with your booking like daily housekeeping. At additional cost, you may avail of:

Before Using the AC
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Pools
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pools could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pools, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The pools at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
For driving to and from the house, we recommend booking an Uber. You may access it via their website here or through their app.
