Wander Corolla Grove

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool is open from April 15 to November 15, with optional heating available for $350 per week. Please contact Wander Concierge at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Booking Guidelines
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Third-party bookings are not allowed — the person making the reservation must also be the one staying at the property.

Guests will need to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a check-in form.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in begins at 5 PM with a unique keyless entry code that will activate at that time. Check-out is at 10 AM.

Cleaning & Sanitization
The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each stay to protect guest health and safety.

Pool & Hot Tub
The pool is open annually from April 15 through October 15, with optional heating available for $350 per week. The hot tub is open year-round.

Pools and hot tubs receive weekly professional maintenance; service vendors may access the backyard on scheduled cleaning days.

Pool towels are complimentary as long as they are washed and dried before check-out. Guest misuse may result in additional charges. If preferred, staff can launder pool towels for a $200 fee.
