Wander Corolla Sands

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool can be heated starting April 26 for $350 per week. Please contact Wander Concierge at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Booking Guidelines
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Third-party bookings are strictly prohibited — the person making the reservation must also be the one staying at the property.

Guests will need to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a check-in form.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in begins at 5 PM with a unique keyless entry code that will activate at that time. Check-out is at 10 AM.

Cleaning & Sanitization
The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each stay to protect guest health and safety.

Pool & Hot Tub
The pool is open annually from April 16 through October 31. Pool towels are complimentary as long as they are washed and dried before check-out. Guest misuse may incur additional charges. If preferred, staff can launder pool towels for a $200 fee.

Toddler Amenity Rentals
Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available for rent at $25 per item. These must be reserved in advance.

Please note that the pool is open from April 16 through October 31 and closed outside of this period.
