While there is no dark sky ordinance in place, it is recommended to turn off outdoor and unnecessary lights past 10 PM as well.

- **Amenity notice**:Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the pool system.
Maintenance: The hot tub at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Closing the Glass Doors
The upstairs glass doors should be locked as much as possible, as the wind may blow them open. To lock doors, lift the handle up to set the bolt, then rotate the lock knob.

- **Trails**:Walking to the Lift
The GoldLink lift is about 300 yards away. Exit the home, walk right down Ruby Dr, turn right on Anthracite, and continue until the road curves. Use the upper groomed trail at the drop-in point for lift access.
Returning from the Lift
Take the “Homeowners’ Trail” from the top of Painter Boy/GoldLink. Ski or walk down to Anthracite, turn left on Aspen Lane, and drop in at the cul-de-sac. You can also return via Ruby Dr.
Shuttle Option
Free rides to/from the CBMR base are available via FirstTracks Adventure (7:15 am – 12 am). Download the First Tracks app to schedule, and check out the winter schedules here. Transfers to town shuttle and RTA are also available.
