The forest is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including bobcats, deer, snakes, hawks, turkeys, water-roaches and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution, maintain a safe distance, and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Various types of poison ivy and insects are also present in the area. It is highly recommended that you wear long pants and apply insect repellent spray to protect your skin when exploring the trails around the home.

We regularly perform pest control and take extra measures to prevent critters from entering our homes.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is open for heating outside of the summer months at an additional fee of $150/day. Please contact the Concierge team at least 6 days before your arrival in the winter and at least 3 days before your arrival in the spring/fall if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
