Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

If a hurricane or other catastrophic event takes place and the National, County, City or Town determines an evacuation is mandatory, you will be required to leave our rental property, and a refund, based on time remaining on your reservation, will be made back to your credit card.
- **Wildlife warning**:Insects
Please be aware that as a tropical state, the presence of insects such as ants and the like are fairly common in Florida. The property is regularly treated for pest control to mitigate their presence, but do note that it may still be possible to encounter insects during your stay. Please avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed when possible.
Sea Turtles
Sea turtle nesting season runs from May 1 through October 31. Please observe the following guidelines at the beach: keep outdoor lights off, dispose trash properly, fill in holes dug in sand, take down erected temporary structures such as boats, toys, and sandcastles by 9 PM, avoid using flashlights and lanterns, do not use motorized vehicles, do not light bonfires, and avoid touching the turtles and their nests under any circumstances.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Toilet
Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items). Any violation will result in a charge for plumbers' fees plus a $500 penalty fee per incident to clear the drain(s).
Before Moving Furniture
Please remember to return any furniture that may have been moved around the house back to its proper place before checkout, or you will incur a $25 fee.
Missing or Damaged Items
If amenities such as sheets, towels, hand cloths, parking passes, entry cards, gate wands, and the like are lost or damaged during your stay, please note that they will incur fees up to $150.
Locked Areas
This home has locked areas for maintenance and cleaning use, and will not be accessible during your stay.
Additional Amenities
Mid-stay cleaning is available with a fee for bookings one week or longer. This service includes fresh linens for bedrooms and bathrooms, trash removal, surface wiping, sweeping, mopping, and tidying. Linen and towel exchanges are also available. Please reach out to Concierge for any questions.
- **No pets**:This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
- **Pool heating**:The pool at this Wander is available year-round and is automatically heated to 88 °F at no extra cost. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heat adjusted during your stay.
- **No smoking**:Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

To make a reservation, there must be two in the rental party who are over the age of 25 and will be staying at the property the entire length of the reservation.

Hosting parties and events is strictly not allowed in this property.
Late Checkout
Upon checking out, please input the code 123456* then tap the check mark on the front door to inform the crew that you have successfully vacated the property.
Late checkouts will incur an extra fee of $25 per hour, plus an additional cleaning fee if over 2 hours late. Please note that if there is no prior approval for late checkout and you cannot be reached by 10 AM on checkout day, staff may come in and pack belongings into plastic bags to store in the nearest storage facility. Please contact Concierge to pick up your belongings.
