We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This single-level home is free of steps and barriers, and the door threshold is less than 2 inches (5 centimeters) high.

Note that there are a few steps that must be passed when accessing the private boat dock.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

Waterfront Safety
The house offers stunning waterfront access, but safety is paramount as there is no lifeguard on duty. Please ensure small children are closely supervised at all times. Additionally, to prevent accidents or potential drowning, drinking alcohol on the dock is strongly discouraged.

Depth Warning
The water depth off the main platform is about 6-7 feet, but diving is highly discouraged. The water near the boardwalk is much shallower, and diving in this area could cause serious injury.

Please prioritize safety when enjoying the waterfront.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests' comfort.
