- **Wildlife warning**: <p>The farm at the lower portion of the property grounds is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including goats, sheep, chickens, and two dogs named Bravo and Tosca, who are there to protect their animal friends. The surrounding area is also home to turkey, deer, rabbit, and occasionally, foxes. <br><br>It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. In particular, the dogs are friendly but may bark when you get close. You may also occasionally hear barking at night. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.&nbsp;</p>
- **Noise**: <p>Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited, including the use of Bluetooth speakers in the pool area.</p>
