- **Wildlife warning**:The farm at the lower portion of the property grounds is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including goats, sheep, chickens, and two dogs named Bravo and Tosca, who are there to protect their animal friends. The surrounding area is also home to turkey, deer, rabbit, and occasionally, foxes.
It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. In particular, the dogs are friendly but may bark when you get close. You may also occasionally hear barking at night. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited, including the use of Bluetooth speakers in the pool area.

Checkout Policy
The checkout time for this Wander is at 10 AM. We kindly ask that the pool cover is on, the spa is turned off, and pool floaties and deflated and left outside to dry upon checkout. To allow for a smooth transition between guests, late checkout requests may not be accommodated.
- **Cell service**:There is poor cell coverage in the property, but will improve when connected to WiFi. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.
- **Occupancy notice**:This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Before Using the Pool & Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool and hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Toilet
Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).
Pizza Oven, Parilla, & Paella Burner Availability
For safety, the pizza oven, parilla, and paella burner cannot be used unless a professional chef with experience using these equipment is hired to cook at the property. Please reach out to Concierge with your request, or if you would like recommendations on approved chefs.
- **Pool heating**:The pool is available year-round. There is a $150 per day fee for pool heating at this home. Please note that it must be purchased for the entire stay.
Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
There is a dedicated caretaker for the animals in the farmhouse, and they will often stop by briefly through the maintenance gate below. The airstream on the property is unoccupied.
