Shipping Items to the House
Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
- **Privacy**:The property staff, such as gardening, pool maintenance, and housekeeping, may access the property as needed, and their arrival times may vary. Rest assured, your privacy will be maintained, and there are safes available for use in every bedroom.
- **Accessibility**:The roads to this property are mostly paved, although the last few streets remain as dirt roads. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle different road conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.
- **Occupancy notice**:This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Before Using the Pools
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pools could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pools, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The pools at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Leaving the Home
If exiting the property for extended periods of time, always close the lights and shut off the air-conditioning units to conserve energy. You may use the in-room safes to secure your items.
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
- **No smoking**:Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
- **House and community rules**:Every reservation comes with a 24-hour grace period, during which you can cancel for a full refund with no penalty.
An onsite Concierge will be available to grant you access to the home and walk you through the offerings that come with your booking like housekeeping every other day. At additional cost, you may avail of:
