The pool is available from March to November. There is a $150 fee for the first day of pool heating at this home, plus $50 for each additional day of pool heating. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

Pool heating is recommended during either the spring or fall months. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
