Before Using the Air Units
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the pool system.
Maintenance: The pool at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Sea Turtle Season (May 1 – October 31)
During sea turtle nesting season, please help protect local wildlife by keeping the beach clear each evening. Fill in any holes, smooth out sandcastles, and remove all umbrellas, chairs, and beach accessories before leaving the beach. All trash and recyclables must be properly discarded.

Lights Out Policy
To protect nesting sea turtles, all exterior lights must be turned off by 10 PM. If interior lights are visible from the beach, please close all blinds and drapes or turn off the lights by that time.

The pool is open for heating year-round at no additional fee. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

- **Dogs allowed**:This is a pet-friendly home, with a maximum limit of 2 dogs under 60 lbs. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
