Please note that this home follows a unique cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. After that point, no refunds are available. Please review your confirmation details carefully before booking.

- **Cell service**:During busier periods, cell service may be limited due to local infrastructure. We recommend noting the WiFi password and access code in advance, and downloading offline maps for reliable navigation. Cell signal strength can vary based on terrain, time of day, weather conditions, and whether you are inside a vehicle or home.
- **Noise**:Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
- **Pool heating**:The private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $25 per day, and must be applied for the duration of the stay. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
- **Accessibility**:This home contains features that may be difficult for elderly and guests with mobility challenges - including climbing a set of stairs to navigate the home.

When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit — regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Before Using the Toilet
Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items). This includes feminine hygiene products, facial tissues, wet wipes, and more.

Starter Supplies
This home is stocked with a starter supply of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, and dish sponge. These items will not be replenished once they run out.
Golf Cart
A complimentary four-seater golf cart is available and may only be operated by guests over 25 years of age with verification. Use of the golf cart requires a signed rental agreement, along with a valid driver’s license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
Please note that WaterSound does not allow golf cart rentals, so it will not be possible to rent additional equipment during your stay.
