These items will not be replenished once they run out.<br><br><strong>Golf Cart</strong></p><p>A complimentary four-seater golf cart is available and may only be operated by guests over 25 years of age with verification. Use of the golf cart requires a signed rental agreement, along with a valid driver’s license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.<br><br>If you would like to rent a golf cart, the HOA requires it to be a 6-seater golf cart and it must be rented by their exclusive vendor, 30A Gulf Carts.<br><br><strong>Bikes</strong></p><p>The home includes six bicycles for guest use. A waiver must be completed prior to access.</p>
