This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

Kindly note that king tides, which are naturally occurring extremely high tides, may cause temporary flooding on the roads leading to the property and the tennis court. The property itself sits at a higher elevation and does not flood, but the tennis court may remain flooded for a longer period. The tide typically rises twice a day, and road flooding usually clears quickly. Guests are advised to wait for the water to subside if flooding occurs. Please be aware of this possibility during your stay from August through December.

This home is pet friendly, and we're happy to welcome your furry companions during your stay. We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation, with a flat pet fee of $350 total, regardless of whether you bring one or two pets. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
