Crew Visits
Please be advised that the pool maintenance team usually arrives on Wednesdays around noon to service the pool. We kindly ask that you allow them access to ensure proper upkeep. They will not intrude on your privacy or possessions.
- **Occupancy notice**: This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above (8 guests) to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
- **Amenity notice**: Before Using the Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit — regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Maintenance: The pool at this location receives weekly maintenance on Wednesdays at around noon. This is to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
