Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

- **Pool**:

The community outdoor pool is seasonal and typically closed from November 1 through the last week of May (weather permitting). Pool hours are 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

- **Accessibility**:

While not required to access the home, we recommend an all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle when visiting Kanab. Many nearby attractions are accessed via unpaved or high-clearance roads. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

- **House and community rules**:

Guests have access to shared community amenities at the La Estancia Clubhouse, including an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, and dog park. Clubhouse hours are 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

Additional shared amenities are located in the amenity park west of the home (Phase 3 of La Estancia) and include a soundproof pickleball court, horseshoes, playground, and EV chargers.

Reminders: Visitors who are not staying at the property may not use the communal amenities. Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community and mind any posted facility rules.

- **Occupancy notice**:

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule (6). Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn't exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Note that only primary guests staying at this Wander may access the community shared facilities.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This Wander has strict “no party” “no event” policies to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for guests and respect neighboring residents.

This is a dog-friendly home, with a 2-dog maximum. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your pets on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. 

Before Using the Clubhouse Hot Tub & Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the community pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.

Maintenance: The communal pool and hot tub at La Estancia receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
