Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

The pool is available from May to September and is closed during the winter. There is a $400/day fee for pool heating during these warmer months. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
We regularly service the pool's water on Fridays to ensure it remains clean and healthy.
Please note that the Vacation Rental Addendum must be signed in order to use the pool.

We ask guests to please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10pm.
Before Using the Pool
We regularly service the pool's water on Fridays to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after to wash off any chemical residue.
Sliding Door Alarms
The main level is equipped with sliding doors leading to outdoor spaces, including the pool area. The alarm will sound immediately upon entry. The button on the wall next to the sliding door must be pressed before sliding it open, and then the door must be completely shut for the alarm not to sound.
When re-entering the home through the sliding doors, someone indoors will need to press the alarm button to prevent it from sounding.
If a hurricane is approaching, please ensure to lock the shutters. The shutter knobs can be found in the kitchen drawer to the right of the sink. Please see the photo in the emergency house manual section for reference.
- **Noise**:Quiet hours are from 10 PM onwards. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
- **No pets**:This home is maintained as a pet-free, hypoallergenic environment during guest stays. It is professionally cleaned to support guests with pet allergies and asthma sensitivities. Because of this, no pets are permitted on the property during guest stays.
Guests traveling with service animals are asked to notify us prior to booking so we can help ensure the health and safety of all guests.
