Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 8 guests. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
This home contains features that may be difficult for elderly and guests with mobility challenges - including climbing a set of stairs to access additional levels.
- **Noise**:Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited, and we ask that you come inside from the rooftop deck at 10 PM as a courtesy to the neighbors.
- **Amenity notice**:Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Sand Cleanup
When coming back from the beach, please rinse off and remove sand before entering the home to help keep floors and furniture clean.
Garden Maintenance
A gardener visits the property every other Monday for routine landscaping. They may access the outdoor areas briefly during daylight hours, and no action is needed on your end. If you have any concerns during the visit, feel free to reach out to Concierge.
Pack 'n Play
A Pack ’n Play is available for rent upon request at an additional cost. Please reach out to Concierge before your stay if you’d like one arranged.
Day Guests and Gatherings
We allow 2 additional guests in the home for visits. However, we require that any extra guests be off site by 10 PM including any outside vendors.
