- **Noise**:We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. Feel free to use the outdoor space after hours, but please keep noise to a dull whisper in order to be sensitive to our neighbors.
- **No pets**:This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
An additional cleaning fee of $250 per pet will be charged for unauthorized pets on the premises, not including damages to property.
Shipping Items to the House
Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The hot tub] at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
