The pool is available for heating year-round for a $300 setup fee, plus $100 per day for each day of your booking. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool and hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive regular maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. Please do not set the A/C below 70°F.
Before Using the Shades
It is important to only use the remote to operate the shades in the primary bedroom, as pulling on them can cause them to break; please contact Concierge for any issues.
Additional Linens
The residence is fully stocked with linens. If additional linens are needed, please reach out to Concierge for assistance. Guests are responsible for any damaged linens incurred during their stay.
Before Moving Furniture
All furniture should be left in the same condition before your arrival. We ask that you do not remove any furniture from the home and that you do not rearrange any furniture without pre-approval.
Before Using the Fire Pit & Fireplace
For your safety and to protect the home, please follow these guidelines when using the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit:
Keep the flame at a moderate, controlled level. Excessive heat can damage nearby walls, mounted TVs, glass panels, and surrounding fixtures.
Never leave a fire unattended, and ensure it is fully turned off when not in use.
Keep furniture and other flammable items at a safe distance from the fire source.
If you are unsure how to operate the fireplace or fire pit, please reach out to Concierge for assistance before use.
This property receives regular pool maintenance and landscaping service on Wednesdays. Maintenance crew may briefly enter the property to complete their work, and they will not disturb your stay. Please note that the pool and outdoor areas may be unavailable for use while servicing is in progress.
