Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Violations of the city ordinance will be subject to fines of up to $5,000.

Hosting parties and events is strictly not allowed in this Wander.
- **Pool heating**:The pool is open for heating year-round at an additional fee of $120 per day. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
Please note that the pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperature drops to 50 degrees or below. Heating times can vary depending on the season, outside temperature, humidity, and other factors, so we kindly ask that you plan ahead when turning on the pool or spa.
This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.
- **Construction notice**:There is ongoing construction across the channel where three homes are being built. The project is progressing in phases, and there is no set schedule for when work—and any potential noise—may occur. Because the construction is intermittent, guests may experience occasional disturbances. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
- **Amenity notice**:Before Using the Pool & Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool and hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit — regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Toilet
Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).
Before Entering the Home
After a day at the beach, please brush off sand outside before entering the garage or home with beach toys, chairs, and other items. When coming in from the pool, towel off with the beach towels provided and avoid sitting on furniture in wet bathing suits. Please do not leave shells inside the home, as excess sand may be difficult to remove from furnishings.
Before Moving Furniture
We kindly ask that all furniture, rugs, and furnishings remain in the locations where you found them upon arrival. Moving items can cause damage to both the pieces and the flooring. If you do move something, please return it to its original place before departure.
Please do not take indoor furniture outside or into the lanai. The strong sun can fade fabrics, and even a brief rain shower may cause damage.
Boat Lift Off-Limits
The boat lift is not available for guest use, as the owner’s boat is stored on the lift at all times. You are welcome to use the dock space for tying up boats, but the lift itself is off limits.
Outdoor Amenities
During times of high wind, we kindly ask that you move the chairs from the deck into the garage or pool lanai to prevent them from blowing into the channel. When you arrive, you will find the chairs set out for your use, and we ask that you please return them to the same locations before departing.
