The dock is able to fit vessels up to 45 ft in length. Additionally, the draft should not exceed 30 inches for incoming boats, as the Intracoastal is shallow outside of the channel. Please take a moment to review these guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety and to help protect the local environment.<br><br><strong>Homeowner’s Boat</strong><br>The homeowner’s personal boat is moored on the right-hand side of the dock. This vessel is off-limits and may not be used under any circumstances.<br><br><strong>Bringing Your Own Boat</strong><br>If you’re bringing your own boat, you’re welcome to use the left-hand side of the dock, where tie-up points are available. Please let our Concierge team know in advance so we can help coordinate and make sure everything is ready for your arrival.<br><br>Note: There are no protective buoys provided, so please make sure to secure and protect your vessel properly. <br><br><strong>Wake &amp; Environmental Care</strong><br>When departing or returning, please keep your wake to a minimum.
