Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool & spa could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit — regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.

Maintenance: The pool & spa at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

- **Pool heating**:

The pool and spa are available year-round. The pool is typically maintained at approximately 84 °F, and the spa may be heated to approximately 100 °F. The system operates continuously; however, the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously.

Please note that heating performance is weather dependent. During periods of unusually cold temperatures, high winds, or cold fronts, the system may not maintain a consistently warm temperature despite operating as designed.

If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please contact the concierge at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Once heating has been activated, refunds or credits cannot be issued for weather-related temperature limitations.

Dock Access & Usage
Unique to this area, the home has both private beach access and a private dock just behind the house, stretching out over the water — a perfect spot to relax or launch a boat. The dock is able to fit vessels up to 45 ft in length. Additionally, the draft should not exceed 30 inches for incoming boats, as the Intracoastal is shallow outside of the channel. Please take a moment to review these guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety and to help protect the local environment.

Homeowner’s Boat
The homeowner’s personal boat is moored on the right-hand side of the dock. This vessel is off-limits and may not be used under any circumstances.

Bringing Your Own Boat
If you’re bringing your own boat, you’re welcome to use the left-hand side of the dock, where tie-up points are available. Please let our Concierge team know in advance so we can help coordinate and make sure everything is ready for your arrival.

Note: There are no protective buoys provided, so please make sure to secure and protect your vessel properly.

Wake & Environmental Care
When departing or returning, please keep your wake to a minimum. This helps prevent erosion and protects the mangroves along the waterway — they’re an important part of the ecosystem and must not be disturbed.
