Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

If you haven’t already arranged beach equipment rentals, we recommend placing your order before arrival. If you decide to rent after you arrive, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM to receive the equipment the same day.

Before Using the Hot Tub & Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue.

Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

- **Pool heating**:

Pool heating is available for $400 + tax, but only from April 1 to October 31.

Important: Please note that pool heating is not possible when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F, including at night. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions.
