IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Before Using the Air Units
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Hot Tub & Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
For Event Bookings
Events may be permitted with prior approval and an additional fee. If decorating, please use blue painter’s tape only — adhesives or materials that may damage surfaces are not allowed. Furniture should also be returned to its original location.
The pool is available year-round. Heating is available for an additional $100/night and must be added for the entire duration of your stay. This option is recommended for bookings between October and May.
Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Requests made at the last minute will not be accommodated.
