Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

- **Noise**:

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The minimum age to book this home is 25 years old.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Before Using the Air Units
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. 

Before Using the Hot Tub & Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.

Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

- **Pool heating**:

Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival.

Rates are $75 per night (November–March) and $50 per night (April, May, and October). For stays under 7 nights, heating must be purchased for the entire stay. The pool typically heats to around 87°F during daytime hours.

- **No smoking**:

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

- **Pets allowed**:

This is a dog-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Dogs are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

Any excessive pet-related damage may result in additional fees. Pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee.

- **Amenity advisory**:

For stays of 28 nights or longer between June 1 and September 30, a $750 per month utility surcharge applies to help cover increased energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer months.

This fee is not included in the amount paid at booking and will be requested prior to arrival.
