Please park tandem on the driveway only and not on the shell area parallel to the street as the street parking is strictly not available for guest use unless previously arranged. Please only pull forward as far as the steps and NOT right up between the trees in the pots on the driveway. This will still allow you to park 2 cars on the driveway but leave room for access round to the back garden to park bikes without damaging vehicles.

Any additional cars will need to be parked in the town lots or at the public metered spaces.

Our Homeowner’s Association does not allow bikes and kayaks to be left visible at all from the street or on the posts under the deck. Please always park on the bike rack in the fenced in back yard. Also leave any kayaks, beach chairs, or beach items in the back garden.

Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.

Maintenance: The hot tub at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

- **Occupancy notice**:

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

- **No pets**:

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

- **Noise**:

We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 10 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, you risk immediate eviction.

- **Weather**:

As the house is on a hill, the wind can pick up suddenly at any time. Please do not leave the umbrellas open and untied if you leave the house, or even use them on a windy day.

We have had to replace a couple umbrellas almost every year due to guests leaving the umbrellas up when they leave to go into town.

Most importantly we don’t want anyone to get injured. So if it gets windy, or you leave the property, please close the umbrellas and also ensure they are tied.
