Before Using the Thermostat
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Facility Pool & Hot Tub
We regularly service the pool & hot tub's water to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub or the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.

Reservations during Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s are strictly non-refundable.
Outside of those holidays, cancellations made 120 days or more before check-in receive a full refund, cancellations made 60–119 days before check-in receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable.
