Arizona’s monsoon season may bring thunderstorms, high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or dust storms. Please keep windows and doors closed, secure umbrellas and outdoor cushions during storms, and avoid using the pool when lightning is present.

Pool service may be temporarily paused during severe weather. If you notice any leaking around doors, windows, or ceiling vents, please contact Concierge.

- **Wildlife warning**:

Insects are naturally attracted to light and may enter through open doors or windows, especially when seeking shelter from rain. In Arizona, it is not uncommon to encounter insects during the summer months or after heavy rainfall.

Please avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

- **Pest control**:

The home receives routine pest control service and preventative treatments. To help maintain this standard, please keep all doors and windows closed when not in use. Do not leave food unattended outdoors or uncovered inside the home, as this may attract pests.

- **Noise**:

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

- **Privacy**:

To keep the property in great condition, authorized service vendors may access the home on a set schedule. Pool service occurs every Friday, and landscaping takes place on Mondays. Crew members will not intrude on your privacy inside the home during routine maintenance.

Before Using the Hot Tub & Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.

Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. Please do not set the A/C below 70°F.

Before Using Outdoor Amenities
Due to the desert climate, outdoor furniture may collect dust, and cushions can be affected by occasional rain. Using a towel on cushions is appreciated, and please remember to lower all umbrellas when not in use.

- **No pets**:

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

- **Pool heating**:

The pool is open for heating year-round at an additional fee of $100/night with a 3 night minimum, or $500/week. If you do not want to avail of pool heating, hot tub only heating is available at a fee of $50/night. The water typically warms during the day, though cooler nighttime conditions can cause natural heat loss.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
