Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

The desert is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including coyotes, deer, insects and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed always.
- **Pest control**:We regularly perform pest control and take extra measures to prevent critters from entering our homes. Please keep doors and windows closed to keep them out.
- **Noise**:Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. This neighborhood is particularly sensitive to amplified sounds, which is why speakers at the property are disabled.
- **Privacy**:Pest control service is conducted every second Wednesday of each month. Pool service is conducted every Friday. Please note that maintenance staff may briefly access the property to perform this service. They will not enter the home itself or disturb you during your stay.
- **Occupancy notice**:This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
- **Amenity notice**:Before Using the Air Units
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Hot Tub & Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance every Friday to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
- **Pool heating**:The pool is available year-round. Please note that pool heating is required for the full duration of your stay at a rate of $150 per day, with temperatures reaching up to approximately 84°F.
If you’d like the pool heated, kindly contact our Concierge team at least 72 hours prior to arrival to make arrangements.
Please note that a spa technician will visit every Friday for routine cleaning and maintenance.
