Pool and landscaping service occurs on Fridays and Wednesdays, respectively. Crew members will not intrude on your privacy inside the home during routine maintenance.<br><br><strong>Locked Doors</strong><br>Please do not force open any locked storage areas, as these are meant for owner or housekeeper access only. This includes the wine room display.</p>

- **Amenity notice**: <p><strong>Before Using the Pool</strong><br>Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the pool system.<br><br>Maintenance: The pool at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing &amp; filter cleaning as required.<br><br><strong>Before Using the Thermostats</strong><br>When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. Please do not set the A/C below 68°F.<br><strong><br>Before Using Outdoor Amenities</strong><br>Due to the desert climate, outdoor furniture may collect dust, and cushions can be affected by occasional rain. Using a towel on cushions is appreciated, and please remember to lower all umbrellas when not in use.<br><br><strong>Before Using the Shades </strong><br>It is important to only use the remotes to operate the shades, as pulling on them can cause them to break; please contact Concierge for any issues.</p>
- **No pets**: <p>This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.</p> 
- **Pool heating**: <p>The pool is heated at no additional cost, but temperatures may be lower during winter months. The water typically warms during the day, though cooler nighttime conditions can cause natural heat loss.<br><br>Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.</p>
- **No smoking**: <p>Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.</p>
