Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 4 guests. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Hot Tub or Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub and pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit — regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Beach Tram Access
Free beach tram is available to all guests from March 1st to October 31st from 9 AM CST through 5:30 PM CST. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H every 20 minutes. All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram.
Note: The tram does not operate during inclement weather. Must call for pick-up.
Amenity Access Wristbands
In the kitchen area, you will find The Village wristbands for your use. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram, the pool at The Village. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $25 for each missing wristband).
No Golf Cart
Please note that there is no golf cart offered at this beach property.
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

- **House and community rules**:Please note that this home follows a unique cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. After that point, no refunds are available. Please review your confirmation details carefully before booking.
- **Amenity advisory**:Wander Suites are condos or townhomes. They offer the same elevated design, comfort, and technology as our single-family homes. Enjoy access to shared amenities that could include a pool, gym, or rooftop deck, along with a central, connected location.
