Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

The countryside is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including rabbits, deer, turkey, bugs, lizards, occasional foxes, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.
- **Noise**:Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited, including the use of Bluetooth speakers outside.
- **Privacy**:To ensure the spa remains in pristine condition, professional maintenance is performed weekly on Tuesdays. During this time, the service team will access the hot tub through the side yard. Please note that the hot tub may be temporarily unavailable for a few hours while the service is completed.
- **Accessibility**:This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance on Tuesdays to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Glassware: For safety, the use of glassware in the spa or patio area is strictly prohibited. Kindly use the acrylic cups and flutes stocked in the left side of the kitchen isle cabinets.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.

Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).
Notice on Barn Access
This property comes with a detached barn, which can be accessed to enjoy a variety of entertainment options. While the main level is fully accessible, please note that the second floor is currently closed to guests for safety reasons. We kindly ask that you refrain from accessing the upper level during your stay.
Jukebox Availability
The jukebox in the barn cannot be used as it is an antique, and this Wander is located in a county that prohibits amplified outdoor music. Kindly refrain from attempting to use it to play music.
