Before Using the Hot Tub & Community Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The hot tub and community pool at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Private Chef
You can book a private chef during your stay if you’d like meals prepared in-home. Chef April Wray offers custom menus for casual dinners, special occasions, or multi-course experiences and can handle shopping, prep, cooking, and clean-up.

- **No pets**: This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
- **Pool heating**: Please be aware that during the winter months, the resort pool heating may take longer than usual to reach the desired temperature due to colder ambient temperatures. Additionally, extreme weather conditions may impact heating efficiency.
There is no private pool at this Desert Color home.
- **No smoking**: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

As a guest at this property, you will have access to Desert Color Resort’s incredible amenities, including: the stunning 2.5 acre lagoon and beach areas (recreation equipment can be rented on site), the year-round heated resort pool and hot tub, poolside bar and food service, poolside cabanas and lounge chairs, rooftop sundeck, 210 acres of trail systems, parks, and nature preserves, and 6 newly constructed pickleball courts.
