Please contact Concierge for any issues.<br><br><strong>Before Using the Thermostat</strong></p><p>When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.<br><br><strong>Before Using the Hot Tub</strong><br><u>Important notice for guests:</u><strong> </strong>Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.<br><br><u>Hot tub maintenance: </u>We regularly service the hot tub's water between guests' turnovers to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing &amp; filter cleaning as required.</p>

- **Trails**: <p>Wander Tahoe Slopes is located on Timberline ski run.<br><br>Ski-able lift: Timberline Triple, operates 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM. The ski trail is right there in the backyard of Wander Tahoe Slopes, and is a 10-15 minute walk down the trail to the lift.<br><br>Check provided <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.northstarcalifornia.com/the-mountain/mountain-conditions/terrain-and-lift-status.aspx">link</a> to the mountain, and look under “lift status” on the site to make sure Timberline Triple is open.<br><br>As long as there is snow and Timberline Triple shows open on Northstar’s website (linked below), you can ski down to Timberline Triple ski lift, take the Timberline Triple up.
