- **Car services**: <p>Ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft are available but due to the remote location of the home and the limited availability of the drivers, this is not recommended. Instead, we suggest arranging a car service beforehand so that you can smoothly get from the airport to your Wander.</p>
- **Shipping to**: <p><strong>Shipping Items to the House</strong><br>Shipping some gear to the house? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.<br><br>Important: Please ensure that delivery will fall <u>during your stay</u> dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. - **Weather**: <p>Telluride experiences snowfall for nearly half the year, with particularly heavy snowfalls from December to March. Even with daily snow plowing, guests should be prepared for possible delays in leaving the home for 24 to 48 hours during severe weather. If traveling to or from the property while snow is falling, we highly recommend carrying extra warm clothing, sufficient food and water, and a shovel in case of emergencies or getting stuck.<br><br>During severe weather, onsite support may be limited, but please know that our team is always available to assist as best as we can. To ensure a smooth arrival, we recommend saving or taking a screenshot of your access information from the "Trips" tab in the Wander app before check-in. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Concierge Team.</p>
- **Wildlife warning**: <p>The forest and mountains of Telluride are home to a variety of amazing creatures. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.</p>
- **Privacy**: <p>Please note that the living room shades are non-functional. However, the space still receives plenty of natural shade thanks to the surrounding patio roof and overhang.</p>
- **Construction notice**: <p>Please note that there is active construction happening next to the home. The master bedroom faces the neighboring property, where construction may be visible. For your comfort and privacy, there are window shades installed in the master bedroom.</p>
- **Accessibility**: <p>The liquor room, elevator, and master bedroom fireplace are not meant for guest use. <br><br>Kindly avoid trying to operate the decorative fireplace. In the meantime, the thermostats can be used to heat the property.</p>
- **Occupancy notice**: <p>This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.</p>
- **Amenity notice**: <p><strong>Before Using the Thermostat</strong><br>When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.<br><br><strong>Before Using the Hot Tub</strong><br>Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.<br><br>Maintenance: The hot tub is serviced on Sundays to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing &amp; filter cleaning as required.<br><br><strong>Not for Guests</strong><br><u>Locked Areas:</u> Locked closets are strictly not for guest access, as these belong to the owner. The liquor room is also private, and all contents are not to be touched. Please do not force these areas open.<br><br><u>Elevator:</u> The elevator is strictly not for guest use. If you have a good reason to request to use the elevator, you may reach out to Concierge for owner approval; however, this is not guaranteed.<br><br><u>Living Room Shades:</u> The Lutron smart shades in the living room are not currently operational. Please avoid manually pulling on the shades as this may further damage the system.</p>
- **Local laws**: <p>Parking is available only in the home’s designated driveway. Per HOA and town regulations, street and cul-de-sac parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked in the street may be subject to towing or fines. Please ensure all cars are parked in approved areas at all times.</p>
- **Trails**: <p>Telluride Ridge is about a 5-minute drive from the ski lifts and is not walkable. Guests can use the free Dial-a-Ride shuttle to reach the base of the gondola, which runs from Mountain Village up to the ski area and down into the town of Telluride.</p>
- **No pets**: <p>This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.</p>
- **No smoking**: <p>Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.</p>
