This ski-in/ski-out home is located just a short distance from Chair 3 at Whitefish Mountain Resort and offers unparalleled convenience for skiers and snowboarders. Chair 3 is one of the ski lifts located at Whitefish Mountain Resort in Montana. It is also known as the Tenderfoot lift.

Bears populations live around the area, so you might encounter them roaming around the property. Please exercise caution and follow our guidelines for food and trash disposal. Also, please remain vigilant when you are outside and ensure that you're locking your car doors at night to prevent any wildlife from entering them.

Winter Bus Access

From December 4, 2025, to April 5, 2025, a free S.N.O.W. Bus runs to and from the Whitefish Mountain Resort and specific stops in town, including the Mountain Mall, Rocky Mountain Lodge, Safeway - NW Corner, Whitefish Riverfront Hotel, Firebrand Hotel, Depot Transit Center, O’Shaughnessy Center, Good Medicine Lodge, Stumptown Ice Den, The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, Whitefish Mtn Resort Base Lodge, and Whitefish Mtn Resort Village.

This is a pet-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free bus that runs from approximately 6:45 AM to 10 PM, depending on the stop. Please refer to this bus schedule for specific timetables.

Before Using the Thermostat

When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.

Stepping on Flooring
To preserve our beautiful wood flooring and ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you remove your ski boots before entering the house. Failure to do so may result in a damage fee to cover any potential repairs to the flooring.

Please avoid dragging luggage or bags along wood stairs and floors, as this can cause damage to the surfaces. Kindly lift or roll your luggage instead.

Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: For your safety, please ensure you dry off thoroughly before exiting the hot tub, as wet feet can cause the stairs to become slippery.

Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.

After using the hot tub please ensure to turn the jets off and replace the cover after every use. However, do not turn the hot tub off (it needs to circulate water) but to ensure the jets and LED lights are off and the cover is placed back on after EVERY use.

Maintenance: The hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Before Using the Bunk Bed
Children under 6 years old should not use the top bunk. The weight limit for the bunk beds is 175 lbs.

Using Outdoor Spaces
When using anything on the outdoor decks, we kindly ask that you please cover everything back up (grill, fire pit, furniture, and hot tub) to protect them from the extreme cold weather. This helps keep everything in good working condition. Whitefish experiences very cold temperatures and heavy snowfall.

Storage Availability

The bedrooms in this home do not have dressers, but there are closets in each bedroom with hangers, shelves, and storage bins to store your clothing and belongings. The kitchen pantry is well-stocked with dishware for you and your travel party, but there may be limited space for dry groceries.
