Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Due to dry weather and air conditions, several local towns usually implement a burn ban in the winter season and from mid-June to October. Please remain FIRE AWARE, as gusty winds and extremely dry conditions pose a heightened risk. When an active burn ban is in place, we recommend refraining from any outdoor burning until conditions improve with anticipated rain.
Note also that driving or parking over dry vegetation has the potential to start wildfires.
The desert is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including coyotes, rabbits, scorpions, quail, owls, snakes, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife.
Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Before Using the Air Units
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the pool system.
Maintenance: The hot tub at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Toilet
Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).
Debris
The surrounding desert terrain may naturally contain rocks, glass, or rusted debris. Please be mindful when walking around the yard and wear appropriate footwear.
Rattlesnakes
Please alert the Concierge in case of a rattlesnake sighting. The local management team is in contact with a snake wrangler who can relocate snakes without harm.
From the gate, turn right, continue down the dirt road, then take your first left. Follow that road to reach a large cluster of boulders that’s great for exploring and climbing. The walk takes about 10 minutes.
