IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Hot Tub & Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).
Unlocking the Patio Door
The patio door with the lever handle can be opened from inside the home, but cannot be opened from the outside unless you use the key placed on the fireplace mantle. The sliding door provides an alternate way to access the patio.
Notice on Hot Water
Please note that the home is quite large, so it may take a couple of minutes for hot water to reach the farthest rooms. If you turn the tap on and let it run briefly, the water temperature will stabilize shortly after.
Notice on Outdoor Lights
Please note that the outdoor lights on the trees are non-operational.
- **Pool heating**:The pool is available for use year-round and can be heated at an additional fee of $200 per day. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
- **No smoking**:Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
- **Pets allowed**:This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
