Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
- **Amenity notice**:Before Using the Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit — regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Maintenance: The pool at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals) on Tuesdays; and skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required on Fridays.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.

- **Pool heating**:This home has a $200/day fee for pool heating. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Depending on the weather, the pool closes at the end of September/early October.
