Please reach out to Concierge if you would like additional information regarding mobility considerations throughout different areas of the property.<br><br><strong>Outdoor Trail<br></strong>A dirt path on the west side of the home provides access to the second-floor living area and hot tub. The trail includes one or two small steps and uneven terrain. Please use caution when walking the path, especially at night or during wet conditions. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.</p>

If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.<br><br><strong>Before Using the Toilet</strong><br>Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).<br><br><strong>Before Using the Hot Tub</strong><br><u>Important notice for guests:</u><strong> </strong>Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.<br><br><u>Hot tub maintenance: </u>We regularly service the hot tub's water between guests' turnovers to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing &amp; filter cleaning as required.<br><br><u>Access:</u> The hot tub is accessible through the master bedroom. There are no other access points to get to the hot tub.<br><br><strong>Generator</strong><br>In the event of a power outage, a generator will automatically activate to restore electricity to the home. Please note that when the generator is running, it may produce audible noise in the master bedroom.</p>
